Rachel Kaplove joined Odyssey Search Partners in January 2017. Before joining Odyssey, Rachel worked on the hedge fund recruiting team at a New York-based boutique search firm. Rachel has also worked in campus recruiting at both Credit Suisse and Moelis & Company. She grew up in the Bay Area and came to New York for college where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with Honors from NYU. Outside work, Rachel enjoys triathlons, yoga competitions, and theater.
