Sanjeev Sharma joined Odyssey Search Partners in 2017, bringing with him over 15 years of executive search experience. His focus is primarily on front-office mandates across both public and private alternative strategies, with core expertise in roles related to Private Credit, Credit/Special Situations, Private Equity, and Equity markets.

In addition to his responsibilities in executive search, Sanjeev also plays an important role in mentoring and developing junior members at Odyssey Search Partners, where he leverages his experience and industry knowledge.

Prior to joining Odyssey, Sanjeev was the Director of the Front Office Practice at a publicly traded global search firm, where he was responsible for the Investment Management and Banking practices. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University in New York.

As a native New Yorker, Sanjeev is an avid sports fan, although he admits to being a frustrated NY Knicks, Giants, and Mets fan. Alongside his passion for sports, he enjoys cooking, is a technology enthusiast, and is an admirer of Elon Musk.
