Brian joined Odyssey Search Partners with over fifteen years of experience in executive recruitment for financial service investment professionals for both buy and sell side institutions. His buy side expertise includes heading the Private Credit business with respect to recruiting Originators/Sourcers, Credit Underwriters/Execution and Portfolio Managers for BDCs, Private Credit Funds, CLO Managers and Special Situation Funds. His sell side expertise includes the primary debt products such as Investment Grade and High Yield Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Special Situations Lending, Leveraged Finance, Debt Syndicate and Liability Management. He was previously the Managing Director at JR Partners, FMG Partners and A-L Associates. Brian holds an MBA Degree in Finance from Rutgers University and an Industrial Engineering Degree from Lehigh University.
