Dan Healy joins Odyssey Search Partners as Managing Director and Chief Data & AI Officer. Throughout his career, Dan has built companies that use proprietary data to drive business outcomes across a range of industries.

He joins Odyssey with a clear thesis: in a deeply human business like executive search, AI should make people more informed and effective. At Odyssey, Dan is building an intelligence layer across the firm to better understand how talent is moving, how compensation is evolving, and what those signals mean for clients.

Earlier in his career, Dan helped build and scale a leading mobile application company to roughly 130 employees through its acquisition in 2019. He started his first business while a student at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
Outside of work, Dan spends his time on the golf course or at home in Monmouth County, New Jersey, with his wife and two kids.
