Anthony Keizner co-founded Odyssey Search Partners with Adam Kahn, and has over fifteen years of experience in sourcing top-tier talent for the buy-side industry. Anthony’s adept leadership and successful execution of numerous searches across investment management, talent and marketing divisions have significantly contributed to Odyssey’s standing as the premier retained search firm for key players in the alternative investment landscape.

Within Odyssey, in addition to supporting key clients and team management, Anthony oversees many of the firm’s strategic and growth initiatives including new business expansion. He also leads Odyssey’s market intelligence arm which generates industry-specific compensation reports and the company’s quarterly newsletter. Anthony has been recognized as a distinguished authority within the industry and has been featured in across publications including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Business Insider, Reuters, and Institutional Investor.

Before turning to executive search he was a Senior Vice President at GLG, a prominent expert networking platform, a Consultant at Monitor, a strategy consultancy, and an Analyst at Citibank/Salomon Smith Barney.

Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford and earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. Outside of professional endeavors, Anthony is actively engaged in philanthropy, dedicating his time to iMentor, a New York-based mentoring organization that supports underserved high school students. He lives on the Upper East Side of NYC, and can often be found watching the English Premier League and chasing his two young children on scooters around Carl Schurz Park.
