Megan joined Odyssey Search Partners in August 2025 as an Associate. She recently graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics and Environmental Thought and Practice. During her time at UVA, she studied abroad in Copenhagen and interned at HPS Investment Partners on the Investor Relations team.
