Tommy joined Odyssey Search Partners as an Associate in July 2026 after interning with the firm. Before joining Odyssey, he gained HR experience as an intern at Spectrum. Originally from Weston, Connecticut, he graduated from New York University with a degree in psychology. Outside of work, Tommy enjoys playing bass guitar and supporting his Premier League club, Newcastle United.
