Dan joins Odyssey Search Partners as Managing Director and Chief Data & AI Officer. A serial entrepreneur and operator, he has spent his career founding and scaling technology and data businesses across sports, media, and supply chain. Most recently co-founding and serving as COO of an AI-powered platform turning ocean freight data into the operating system logistics teams run on.

Earlier, Dan helped build and scale Prolific Interactive to significant revenue and approximately 130 employees across offices in New York, San Francisco, and Durham, working with clients including BlackRock, Edward Jones, and American Express through its acquisition in 2019.

Dan started his first business while a student at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and two kids on the golf course or at home in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
